Dr. Kamil Halambiec

Pastor Dr. Kamil M. Halambiec grew up in a pastoral family. At the age of 14, he graduated from his first two-year Bible School. He soon became involved in missions, preaching the Word and leading a youth ministry. After high school, he decided to go to seminary, where he met his wife, Anna. Pastor Anna is a theologian and also a certified nurse with a heart to reach people with the Gospel. They are happily married and have four kids.

 

Dr. Kamil studied in six countries at several universities, including The University of Warsaw, Bangor University and Yale University. In addition, he completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University Divinity School. Dr. Kamil is the author of various scholarly articles and books. He has been an Associate Dean and Professor at the College of Theology and Social Sciences and over the years, teaching courses such as Pentecostal Theology, History of Revivals. He is a Visiting Fellow at Yale University Divinity School, an Adjunct Professor at the Trinity Bible College and the Edwards University, and a Professor at the River University. As a cultural expert, in his research he focuses on building theological bridges between faith and culture.

 

Pastor Kamil has planted churches in Europe and was the Senior Pastor of the Pentecostal Church in Poland for twelve years. He is the founding director of the Foundation Christian Mission Pentekoste (WWW.PENTEKOSTE.PL) that leads church planting activities all over Europe and runs a publishing house, among other things, such as missions in Africa. He has travelled with the Gospel to more than forty countries on four continents, including Kenya, Iceland, and Ukraine.

 

Among many interests, Dr. Halambiec specializes in the history and theology of revival movements. Besides longing to see another Great Awakening, he desires to see the glorified church standing strong and occupying the land until the coming of the Lord Jesus!
